We are looking for a dedicated and certified Athletic Trainer (AT) to support the health and performance of our student-athletes. The Athletic Trainer plays a vital role in the prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries. This individual will work closely with coaches, healthcare providers, and families to ensure athletes are physically prepared and medically cleared to participate safely. In addition to managing injury care and providing event coverage, the Athletic Trainer may also assist with overall athletic department operations. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and a commitment to student well-being.

Athletic Trainer Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site care, prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation for athletic injuries.

• Attend and provide care during practices, games, and tournaments, including travel for select events.

• Maintain accurate medical records and emergency action plans for all student-athletes.

• Communicate effectively with coaches, athletes, and families regarding injury status and recovery progress.

• Coordinate with external healthcare providers (e.g., physicians, physical therapists) as needed for specialized care.

• Monitor and manage athletic training supplies, equipment, and ensure their readiness for use.

• Educate athletes and staff on sports wellness, hydration, injury prevention, and recovery best practices to promote long-term health and performance.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training required, Master's preferred.

• NATA and MA license required, or eligible for licensure in the State of Massachusetts.

• 1-3 years experience preferred

• Salary: Dependent on experience and background

• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification

• Experience in a school, collegiate, or club athletic environment preferred

91¿´Æ¬ has an opening for a part-time housekeeping and cleaning position. The housekeeping responsibility is maintaining a clean and tidy facility that welcomes all students, faculty, and staff. Applicants for housekeeping staff will be provided with all necessary personal protective equipment. Duties include cleaning dormitories and classrooms, maintaining sanitary facilities, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the building. Applicants must have reliable transportation to campus, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have a good disposition. Prior cleaning service experience in a residential or commercial setting is preferred but optional.

91¿´Æ¬ is seeking an energetic and creative Part-Time Dance Instructor to lead and grow our dance program for students in grades 6–12.

Dance is an important part of 91¿´Æ¬â€™s commitment to the arts and to providing students with opportunities to develop creativity, confidence, collaboration, discipline, and self-expression. We are looking for an instructor who is excited to work with students ranging from beginning dancers to experienced performers and who can build a program that balances technique, exploration, choreography, and performance.

The Position

The Dance Instructor will lead the 91¿´Æ¬ Dancers and provide dance instruction primarily through the School’s Co-Curricular Activities Program (CAP). The position will average approximately 15 hours per week during the active school terms, generally from September through early December and from late January through the end of May.

The anticipated schedule includes:

• Four afternoons per week from approximately 3:30–5:30 p.m.

• Additional availability on Wednesday afternoons

• Periodic Saturday rehearsals, workshops, or performances

• Potential opportunities for dance instruction or workshops during the academic day, generally between 11:00 a.m. and noon

• Additional rehearsal or performance time as needed near the conclusion of each term

The exact schedule will be developed collaboratively based on the School's program and the instructor's availability.

Program Leadership

91¿´Æ¬ divides its co-curricular year into three terms. The Dance Instructor will develop programming appropriate to each term and work toward a culminating performance or exhibition that gives students the opportunity to share their work with the 91¿´Æ¬ community.

The winter term is a collaboration with 91¿´Æ¬â€™s theater program, incorporating choreography into the winter musical. The winter term includes some Friday afternoon rehearsals and some Sunday afternoon rehearsals in addition to other weekday afternoons.

The instructor will have considerable creative latitude to shape the program. Depending upon the instructor’s background and student interest, programming might include contemporary, modern, jazz, ballet, hip-hop, tap, musical theater dance, cultural dance traditions, choreography, improvisation, or other forms of movement and performance.

Responsibilities

The Dance Instructor will:

• Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction for students in grades 6–12 with varying levels of dance experience.

• Teach dance technique while developing students' confidence, creativity, physical awareness, and performance skills.

• Choreograph and rehearse pieces for student performances.

• Develop a cohesive experience for each of the School’s three co-curricular terms.

• Produce or coordinate a culminating dance performance, showcase, or exhibition at the conclusion of each term.

• Collaborate with 91¿´Æ¬ theater faculty and students during the winter term and on other interdisciplinary opportunities.

• Help foster an inclusive dance community in which beginning and experienced dancers can participate meaningfully.

• Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues regarding rehearsals, performances, and program expectations.

• Assist the School in identifying opportunities for guest artists, workshops, community partnerships, and other experiences that can strengthen the dance program.

Qualifications

We are interested in candidates who bring strong dance experience and, most importantly, enthusiasm for working with young people. Competitive candidates may have:

• Professional, collegiate, conservatory, studio, or equivalent dance training and experience.

• Experience teaching, coaching, or choreographing for middle school or high school students.

• Experience working across multiple dance styles or traditions.

• Experience choreographing and producing performances.

• An ability to teach students with a wide range of experience and ability.

• Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.

• An interest in helping build and shape a growing school dance program.

A bachelor's degree in dance, dance education, performing arts, education, or a related field is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates whose professional experience demonstrates the skills necessary to inspire and develop young dancers.

Compensation

This is a part-time, school-year position with compensation of up to $24,000, commensurate with experience and the final scope of responsibilities.

The position follows 91¿´Æ¬â€™s academic and co-curricular calendar and is concentrated during the weeks when school is in session, with an extended winter break between the fall and winter/spring portions of the program.

Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting maintenance issues, setting up rooms and equipment for school events, maintaining cleanliness in designated areas, and ensuring safe and orderly conditions throughout the campus. The role may involve seasonal tasks such as snow removal, lawn care, and light landscaping, as well as collaborating with other staff and vendors to complete larger projects. The position requires consistent adherence to school safety standards, respectful interaction with students and colleagues, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated skills in basic building maintenance, including minor repairs, painting, and simple plumbing or electrical tasks.

• Experience with groundskeeping activities such as lawn care, snow removal, and light landscaping.

• Ability to use common hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow through independently.

• Clear, respectful communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and external vendors.

• Physical ability to lift, carry, bend, and perform manual tasks as required, and to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
